Plummet
Plummet was written specifically for Elements of Horror Anthology. The requirements were that it had to be 500 words or less, and that it had to be based on one of the four elements: Earth, Air, Fire, or Water.
Update: I submitted this late on a Sunday night and by Monday morning, I had an email telling me that Plummet had been accepted! She said she "really enjoyed it (bordering on the 'love it')." It was great news!
