A Murder of Pixies
A Murder of Pixies is a story I came up with recently on a trip to Houston to go to a book signing by Scott Sigler on his new novel, Infected.
It's a story about a guy who pisses off a family of pixies and their efforts to make him pay for his transgression.

- I would like to note that GUD Magazine has an average rejection time of 5.8 days. A Murder of Pixies was there for 20 days. I like to think that it made it through the first couple of cuts, although there was nothing in the rejection email to indicate that.
- Abyss & Apex also seemed to give this piece a little extra in their rejection. They said that "It was well received here." I took that to mean that they liked it almost enough to publish it.
